Organization and tracking of internal requests via CRM The company is seeking an Operational Administrative Assistant in Brusque. **Responsibilities:** Finance: Daily entry of transactions into the f360 system\. Bank reconciliation (d\+1\). Organization and tracking of accounts payable. Verification of receipts and open orders. Identification of financial inconsistencies. Cash flow organization. Preparation of weekly operational reports (data organized for management analysis). Systems and processes: Operation and organization of the Belasis system. Monitoring of the Conecta system (including internal CRM). Organization of internal requests via CRM (Kanban model). Ensuring tasks are assigned and tracked. Updating and reviewing system records and information. Verification of entries made by the team. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Clerk, Administrative Coordinator, or Administrative Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
