Work on new logistics services and processes The Quality Department is responsible for ensuring that Unifique’s customer service interactions meet the high standards of quality and resolution we uphold. Our main objective is to guarantee that customers receive excellent service and have an outstanding experience with us. To achieve this, we analyze customer service interactions across key support areas—listening to recordings and reviewing chat transcripts—to assess quality levels and identify weaknesses, acting impartially and collaboratively with leadership to ensure meaningful improvements are implemented. If you’re eager to make a difference and be confident that Unifique delivers the best possible customer service, feel free to submit your resume with confidence! \=D **This and all other posted positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan purchase orders; * Analyze and control volumes aligned with operational production requirements; * Execute logistics processes; * Support newly launched company services by identifying required items, coordinating quotations with teams from other departments, and ensuring timely delivery; * Manage equipment, materials, and tooling; * Identify and guide incorporation-related processes; * Negotiate deliveries with the Procurement Department for controlled entities and incorporation units; * Develop action plans to minimize errors and unforeseen issues related to consumables; * Maintain purchase scheduling; * Generate reports on consumables usage; * Align with Warehouse Department processes: equipment reuse, need for product replacement or reallocation, freight scheduling, among others; * Prioritize and ensure smooth delivery execution and continuous improvement of operational teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite. System knowledge. Technical knowledge.
