Job Summary: The professional will assist in activities such as separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, and restocking of meats, ensuring organization, attractive presentation, and customer service. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meats, keeping them organized, attractively presented, and properly stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meats, keeping them organized, attractively presented, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; also store leftovers, fats, and tallow in the collector box for sale to the bone factory; Enhance customer service efficiency through continuous replenishment of product display counters and accurate pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by controlling inventory through frequent stock counts and proper handling and storage of meat; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining a clean workspace in perfect working condition, adhering to hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support physical inventory counts, controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily, removing damaged, expired, or unmarked products from display; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items when required; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** BR-470, 399, Nações, Indaial \- SC **Working hours:** 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health insurance Dental insurance Pharmacy benefit program Shopping discount program at company stores Life insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
