Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and communicative professional to provide technical and functional support to users of WK solutions, with a focus on sales, billing, and taxation. Guidance on tax application and tax recordkeeping We are looking for a professional to support users of WK solutions by delivering technical and functional assistance, as well as performing occasional on-site technical visits. We seek someone with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical and functional support to users of WK solutions. * Address and resolve requests related to sales, billing, and tax modules. * Guide customers on tax application and tax recordkeeping. * Log and track support interactions, ensuring quality service and timely follow-up with customers. Requirements: * Experience with sales routines (quotations, orders, customers, billing, and commissions). * Knowledge of electronic document issuance (NF\-e, NFC\-e, CT\-e). * Understanding of tax calculations (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, among others). * Experience in tax departments, including issuance and registration of fiscal invoices.
