You will perform configuration, testing, training, and customer support to guarantee high-quality implementation and an efficient transition to solution usage. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the implementation process with customers; * Perform system configurations, testing, and validations; * Deliver training sessions for end users; * Identify and resolve issues during implementation; * Ensure quality throughout the process and customer satisfaction.
