Support to the sales team with assertive negotiations Rio do Sul/SC or surrounding region Monday to Friday 08:15 AM to 12:00 PM | 01:00 PM to 06:03 PM **GL Business LTDA** is seeking an analytical, organized, and commercially oriented professional to perform strategic qualification of customers interested in Home Equity loans. More than just conducting the initial contact, you will be responsible for analyzing the customer’s financial profile, verifying documentation, evaluating property-related information, and determining whether the transaction has potential to proceed—thereby delivering more assertive and higher-conversion negotiations to the sales team. Main Responsibilities Consultative service via WhatsApp and phone; Lead qualification and customer profile analysis; Requesting and verifying documents; Initial assessment of financial data and property information; CRM (PipeRun or similar) updates; Customer follow-up; Organizing information and supporting the sales team. Requirements Completed high school education; Experience in sales, pre-sales, commercial service, or documentary analysis; Strong communication and organizational skills; Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
