JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to producing various bakery-related products by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging items—following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Help reduce waste by properly organizing product displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities in line with schedules, production protocols, and recipes; Support product counting for inventory assessments, controls, and stocktaking; Ensure organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements Completed elementary education (preferred); Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene best practices; Attention to product quality, standards, and expiration dates; Efficiency, organization, and responsibility in carrying out department routines; Teamwork ability and effective communication with leadership; Willingness to perform operational duties, including standing for extended periods; Commitment to food safety regulations and proper use of PPE; **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** R.
