Our operations cover sales, logistics, inventory, after-sales service, and nationwide customer support. We are investing in digital transformation to make our processes more efficient, and for this purpose, we are implementing a new internal system custom-built to meet our actual needs. Main Responsibilities Participate in the implementation of the company's new internal system, with direct mentoring from an experienced developer/implementation specialist; Map and understand our complete operational routine (sales, orders, inventory, billing, logistics, after-sales, and administrative processes); Collaborate on adapting the system to address real operational pain points and increase team efficiency; Conduct hands-on training sessions for teams (sales, administration, logistics) to ensure everyone uses the system correctly and confidently; Provide support and perform maintenance on currently used systems and tools; Work closely with non-technical departments, helping translate business needs into system improvements. Primary Focus: Serve as technical support to help the company’s processes run more smoothly, with emphasis on implementation, training, and support. **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology fields, such as Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines (from the 3rd semester onward); Strong verbal and written communication skills — essential for explaining system functionalities to colleagues from other departments; Interest in understanding business processes and working collaboratively in teams; Proactivity and willingness to learn quickly. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but valued) Prior experience or academic/personal projects involving internal systems, automation, or technical support; Familiarity with automation or integration tools (e.g., advanced spreadsheets, no-code/low-code platforms); Genuine interest in industrial operations, sales, or logistics.
