If you are organized, analytical, and thrive in dynamic environments with young teams, this opportunity may be perfect for you! **Main responsibilities** * Execute and verify payroll closing * Calculate and validate vacations, terminations, and labor charges * Ensure accurate submission of statutory obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, etc.) * Monitor and manage timekeeping records, benefits, and leaves of absence * Support onboarding and offboarding processes * Assist in audits and ensure labor compliance * Organize and propose improvements to internal HR payroll processes * Provide technical support for HR-related inquiries Requirements: * Prior experience in HR Payroll department * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR payroll routines * Experience with payroll processing, labor charges, and ancillary obligations * Organization, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with eSocial and payroll systems * Proactive and collaborative mindset * Ability to work effectively in teams and dynamic environments Benefits * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Dental plan * SESC membership * Birthday day off * Possibility of remote work once per week after probation period
