We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build careers and achieve results alongside us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive, analyze, and interpret tender documents and customer product specification sheets, identifying relevant requirements and criteria; Raise questions and seek clarifications regarding tender documents when necessary; Develop projects to support customers; Collect and organize technical data related to production, raw materials, and industrial processes—based on tender documents, customer technical specifications, or physical samples—to support the Cost Department in preparing cost breakdowns. Request color developments from dyeing facilities; Register yarns and knitted fabrics in the system; Generate requests for knitted fabrics to the weaving facility for sample production; Prepare detailed processing schedules for dyeing (scouring, napping, and calendering); Request invoices for sample fabric lots; Send fabrics to dyeing facilities and monitor progress according to process specifications; Research competitive pricing and purchase fabrics or textiles for samples not produced by Nilcatex; Analyze and sort fabrics for technical report preparation; Request quotations and issue purchase orders for technical testing, in accordance with applicable standards; Review received technical test reports; Issue purchase orders for inputs and materials required for sample production; Perform other equivalent\-complexity tasks as required by the department/company; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Textile Technician, or related fields; Basic Excel skills and ability to analyze data; Analytical capability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Technical knowledge of textile materials, sewing standards, and garment construction; Familiarity with textile production processes and workflows; Basic knowledge of pattern making; Basic knowledge of sewing; Proficiency in Corel Draw; **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with the SISPLAN system; Prior experience in cost analysis, preferably within the textile sector; Experience in cost formation; Familiarity with public procurement processes; Planning, organization, attention to detail, and negotiation skills. **Additional Information** On\-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal voucher, health insurance, attendance bonus, life insurance, gym and educational institution partnerships.
