We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build a career and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Handling manufacturing orders (MO) via the SISPLAN system; Printing packing lists and issuing outbound invoices; Sending packing lists, invoices, technical sheets, and sample pieces for first orders placed with third\-party subcontractors to the distribution center (DC); Monitoring, together with the receiving department, whether subcontractor returns occur as scheduled; Verifying third\-party invoices by reconciling entries using reports received from subcontractors; Reconciling discrepancies between quantities sent by subcontractors and those verified upon receipt; Closing subcontracting operations for sewing, printing, embroidery, and other third\-party services; Verifying documents required for subcontractor closure: validating invoices, packing lists, system data, and attaching collection invoices along with AP (payment authorization); Handling production orders for subcontractors (printing, embroidery, etc.); Managing MOs via SISPLAN; Updating internal control spreadsheets (approximately twice per week); Executing inter\-unit transfers by sending e\-mails to Procurement with freight quotation information (market rate and quantity). Performing other equivalent\-complexity tasks as required by the department/company; Fully complying with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Completed high school education; Relevant work experience; Proficiency in Excel; Experience in the textile industry; **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; Strong communication skills; Familiarity with the SISPLAN system. **Additional Information** On\-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal allowance, education assistance, life insurance, health plan, and childcare assistance.
