Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in the finance department, performing account closings, bank reconciliations, collections, and various administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build a career and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform daily closing of accounts payable; Record paid duplicate invoices in the system according to bank reports and requirements; Conduct bank reconciliations as needed and per requests from analysts; Handle customer collections, including overdue duplicate invoices; Generate reports for accounts payable/receivable and financial/banking transactions; Complete bank registration forms and other related documents; Keep departmental files updated and organized; Manually enter accounts payable into the system (e.g., condominium fees, electricity, water, IPTU, vehicle licensing, Via Fácil\-toll payments, executive and staff travel reports, credit cards, installment plans, rentals, rent, advances) and complete spreadsheets when necessary; Carry out other departmental activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Completed high school education; Experience in the finance sector; **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the textile industry; Knowledge of the Senior system; Strong communication skills; Proactivity. **Additional Information** On\-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal voucher, health insurance, attendance bonus, life insurance, gym partnership, and educational institution partnerships.
