Maintain and care for equipment and materials, keeping them in good condition Description: Responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and hygiene of all administrative, operational, locker room, and other areas within the industrial plant, guaranteeing appropriate conditions for use, health, and safety, as well as providing a positive experience for employees and visitors. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform cleaning and hygiene routines (daily, periodic, and emergency) in administrative areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and operational areas. * Restock and manage supplies (paper, soap, alcohol, air fresheners, garbage bags) and cleaning materials. * Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner/wet-dry vacuum, floor washer, sweeper, floor polisher, pressure washer). * Segregate, collect, and properly dispose of waste, maintaining organized and clearly marked collection points. * Follow cleaning procedures and checklists, recording times and incidents. * Signpost areas under cleaning and adopt preventive measures to avoid accidents. * Maintain and care for equipment and materials, keeping\-them clean, well-maintained, and properly stored. * Report anomalies and situations representing risks or requiring maintenance. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or general services. * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage. * Availability to work rotating shifts and in an industrial environment. 2512090203141794284
