Count served preparations per unit. Season foods prior to preparation. Weigh and record the weights of preparation containers according to portion numbers specified in the distribution map. Distribute preparations according to the distribution map to designated service delivery points. Peel and cut vegetables and greens when necessary. Taste all preparations and finalize them. Collect samples of preparations. Portion meals when required. Clean and sanitize the work area, utensils, and equipment.
