




Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Support Technician to work at the Service Desk, providing technical assistance, hardware and software support, and user guidance with a focus on continuous improvement. We are seeking a person for the ***IT Support Technician*** role within the ***SERVICE DESK TEAM OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE/IT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT***! We will rely on this person to: * Provide first-level technical support to users (remote and on-site); * Log, track, and close tickets using the Service Desk tool; * Provide hardware and software support, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices; * Assist with configuration and maintenance of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux); * Guide users on the proper use of systems, applications, and IT resources; * Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes; * Escalate tickets to higher support levels when necessary; * Assist with installation and updating of corporate software; * Provide basic network support (connectivity, VPN, Wi\-Fi); * Provide on-site support to users for maintenance, equipment replacement, and incident resolution; * Follow IT-defined procedures and SLAs. **Requirements.** * Completed high school education (preferably with a technical course in IT or related fields); * Basic/intermediate knowledge of technical support; * Experience in customer service; * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems; * Basic understanding of computer networks; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and sense of priority; * Ability to work well in a team. **Work Location:** Avenida Vicente Machado, 1001\- Batel **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM \- with flexible scheduling subject to rotation.
