




Job Summary: Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, email, and Help Desk for web-based ERP software with diverse functionalities. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for web-based ERP software with comprehensive functionalities. 2. Required knowledge of SQL Server database. 3. Bachelor's degree completed in IT, Administration, and/or Accounting. Customer technical support via phone, chat, email, and Help Desk for web-based ERP software with modules including Finance, Collections, Sales, CRM, Billing, Tax/Fiscal, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Service Orders, Accounting and Fiscal Integration, and SPEDs. Knowledge of SQL Server database is required. Bachelor's degree completed in IT (Systems Analysis), Administration, and/or Accounting.
