A transportation company is seeking a Logistics Assistant professional in Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and update cargo and delivery schedules. Contact drivers and customers for operational alignment. Monitor routes, schedules, and trip progress. Control transportation documents and delivery confirmations. Update spreadsheets and systems with operational information. Assist in managing drivers' working hours. Support the organization of administrative tasks within the logistics department. Report incidents and assist in resolving operational issues. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and established deadlines. Position based in Belo Horizonte / MG. Previous experience as a Logistics Assistant, Transportation Assistant, Logistics Operator, or Logistics Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school education in progress.
