The professional will be responsible for managing pedagogical activities, ensuring teaching quality, implementation of the methodology, and continuous development of our students and teachers. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and coordinate pedagogical activities within the language course. Be comfortable working in online environments (systems, live classes, spreadsheets, etc.). Ensure that teaching methodologies align with students’ needs and with best educational practices. Monitor and evaluate teachers’ performance and development, providing support and guidance. Identify and resolve issues related to the teaching\-learning process. Develop and implement motivational strategies for students and teachers. Attend to parents, students, guardians, and potential future students. Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Teacher Education (any field). Proactive attitude, courage to face challenges, and empathy when interacting with students and team members. Problem-solving ability and capacity for sound decision-making. Prior experience in a coordination or pedagogical assistant role is desirable. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is a plus. Intermediate or advanced Spanish proficiency is a plus. We Offer: Opportunity for professional growth and development.
