




Job Summary: Responsible for kitchen cleaning and organization, assisting in food preparation and inventory control, as well as sauce preparation and ingredient portioning. Key Highlights: 1. Kitchen inventory control and organization \- Perform general kitchen cleaning (wash countertops, floor, and necessary utensils to start the day). \- Assist in preparing meals for staff, sufficient for both day and night shifts. \- Check inventory supplies to report possible product shortages. \- Prepare mise en place. \- Prepare sauces. \- Portion ingredients.
