Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Network Technician to provide on-site network support, and to configure and troubleshoot issues across various operating systems and devices. Key Highlights: 1. Familiarity with operating systems and Wi-Fi devices We are looking for a: **Junior Network Technician** **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Model:** On-site, Rio de Janeiro / RJ. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school with a technical course in Electronics or Telecommunications. * Technical training in IT, provided minimum 2 years of documented on-site network support experience (with formal employment record). * Minimum 6 months of hands-on on-site network support experience. * Solid knowledge of network diagnostic commands in Microsoft Windows environments, including: *ipconfig, ping, tracert, nslookup, netstat, arp, route, netsh, telnet, pathping, Test\-NetConnection, getmac, net config, net use, net view, nbtstat, Get\-NetIPAddress, Get\-NetRoute, Get\-NetAdapter, Get\-NetTCPConnection, Resolve\-DnsName, netsh trace, tasklist, taskkill, driverquery, perfmon, resmon.* **Knowledge of operating systems:** * Windows 10 and 11, Linux, Android, iOS, and ChromeOS, with ability to configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues. **Experience configuring and troubleshooting Wi\-Fi-connected devices, such as:** * Smart TVs * Virtual assistants (Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri, Cortana, Bixby) * Streaming devices (Chromecast, Fire TV Stick, Roku, Apple TV) **Familiarity with Wi\-Fi network analysis tools, such as:** * WiFi Analyzer * Ekahau HeatMapper * NetSpot * Acrylic * Structured Cabling Certification (Furukawa, Fluke, or equivalent). * Technical knowledge compatible with the responsibilities of the role, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with technical standards and norms.
