Collaborate on technology development and improvement projects **IT Assistant** We are seeking a professional for the position of IT Assistant at GRUPO RIGARR. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and technical support of the company's IT infrastructure. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues; * Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications; * Maintain and monitor the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security devices; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals; * Manage and track technical support tickets, ensuring efficient resolution of requests; * Support access and credential management for employees in internal systems; * Assist in controlling and inventorying IT equipment; * Ensure data security and support the implementation of information security best practices; * Collaborate with the IT team in developing and implementing new projects and technological improvements. **Requirements** * Experience in IT technical support * Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and information security * Ability to work in a team and under pressure This is an **on-site** opportunity located at GRUPO RIGARR's headquarters.
