Job Summary: You will provide operational marketing support, focusing on social media content creation, digital campaign support, and execution of departmental tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Support for digital campaigns and performance indicator analysis KQ RH, in partnership with a tourism agency specializing in hospitality and renowned for personalized experiences, is hiring! **You will provide operational support to the marketing department, focusing on social media content creation, digital campaign support, and execution of departmental tasks—contributing to increased engagement, lead generation, and brand strengthening.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop scripts for videos and reels * Assist in social media content planning * Create captions, graphics, and videos * Produce Stories content focused on engagement * Support development of communication workflows (inbound marketing) * Assist in campaign and performance indicator analysis * Identify and maintain strategic partnerships * Support the marketing manager with daily tasks **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields * Experience in digital marketing and social media * Proficiency in design tools such as Canva (or similar) * Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar) * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace * **Preferred Qualification:** Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere, or other Adobe tools **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM (Monday to Friday – 44 hours/week) **Salary:** R$ 2.053,00 **Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 30.12 per day (approx.
