In partnership with leading educational institutions, this program offers courses combining theoretical and practical learning. **Trainee:** A career acceleration and hands-on training journey. Trainees are mentored and challenged by experienced managers who guide and develop them throughout the program. This program targets individuals of all ages and academic backgrounds, broadening opportunities for talents with critical thinking and determination to build positive and impactful experiences. **Intern:** Aimed at accelerating the careers of interns from various undergraduate programs. Once selected, these young talents gain the chance to apply their academic knowledge across diverse activities and departments.
