Job Summary: The professional will map and enhance recruitment processes, organize resume databases, and support the team in developing AI-powered talent management solutions. Key Highlights: 1. A dynamic, collaborative culture with growth opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map and improve recruitment processes (resume intake, screening, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, status tracking, and metrics) * Organize and standardize the received resume database (fields, tags, criteria, and data structure) * Support the team in creating and using prompts and routines with AI for: * Sourcing candidates by requirements (hard/soft skills, seniority, experience) * Summarizing resumes and highlighting alignment * Generating comparative shortlists with justifications * Specifying functional requirements and business rules for small internal applications (e.g., resume search tool, screening workflow, dashboards, automations) * Collaborating with development teams to evolve solutions (prototyping, testing, validation, and documentation) * Implementing or operating simple automations (integrations, forms, spreadsheets, scripts, reports, and alerts) * Creating and monitoring recruitment funnel metrics (time-to-fill, stage conversion rates, productivity, shortlist quality, etc.) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields * Experience in system development or supporting system development (specification \+ testing \+ validation).
