Senior Golang Developer at BairesDev As a Senior Golang Developer, lead in creating sophisticated software solutions using Go. Your responsibilities include overseeing project development, mentoring junior developers, and integrating advanced technologies, ensuring the delivery of high\-performance and reliable Go applications. What you will do * Oversee the design and development of sophisticated Go\-based software applications, aligning them with business and technical requirements. * Lead and mentor a team of Go developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. * Make strategic decisions related to software architecture, performance optimizations, and technical challenges in Go. * Champion best practices in Go development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. * Innovate by exploring and integrating new Go technologies and frameworks into software projects. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features and functionalities.
