RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Customer service: respond to customer requests via phone, email, or in person; provide product and service information, clarify doubts, register orders, and track sales status; * Preparation of commercial proposals: assist in preparing commercial proposals by gathering necessary information, preparing documents, and ensuring timely delivery; collaborate with the sales team to develop customized and competitive proposals; * Administrative support: perform essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the commercial area, such as file organization, updating customer databases, generating reports, and monitoring performance indicators; * Sales follow-up: monitor ongoing sales, maintain contact with customers to provide updated information, schedule commercial visits, verify payment status, and ensure customer satisfaction; * Collaboration with the sales team: work closely with the sales team, providing administrative support, sharing relevant information, encouraging planned planning, and participating in team meetings. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Administrative skills; * Knowledge of the company's products and services; * Proficiency in systems and tools; * Customer service techniques.
