Strategically engage stakeholders at various levels **Job Description:** \\We are looking for a senior commercial professional with experience in consultative B2B technology, digital transformation, or professional services sales to lead the identification and development of Artificial Intelligence opportunities. This person will be responsible for positioning Iron and MJV’s AI service portfolio to corporate clients, connecting business pain points to solutions in AI agents, governance, LLMOps/FinOps, value measurement, and AI industrialization. We seek someone mature enough to lead executive-level conversations, build complex opportunities, and act entrepreneurially—yet still at a stage of professional growth who views building MJV’s AI practice as a strategic career opportunity. **Responsibilities:** \\Prospect, develop, and manage commercial opportunities related to Artificial Intelligence solutions among mid-to-large corporate clients; \\Engage consultatively with executives and decision-makers to identify business challenges and align them with MJV’s AI service portfolio and Iron; \\Manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity qualification through negotiation and contract closure; \\Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels, fostering discussions on innovation, digital transformation, and AI adoption; \\Develop commercial proposals and go-to-market strategies for complex opportunities involving multiple domains and solutions.
