Job Summary: We are seeking a Residential Doorman to control access for people and vehicles, monitor security cameras, and support security and organization at a commercial building in Copacabana. Assistance in maintaining site order and organization We are looking for a Residential Doorman to work at a commercial building located in Copacabana \- RJ. The professional will be responsible for controlling access for residents, visitors, and service providers, ensuring site security and organization. **Main Responsibilities:** Control of entry and exit of people and vehicles; Identification and authorization of visitors; Assistance to residents and service providers; Security camera monitoring; Receiving and registering packages; Supporting maintenance of condominium order and security. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Prior experience in this role is a plus; Good communication skills and professional demeanor; Commitment and responsibility. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT); Meal Allowance (VA). **Schedule:** 12x36 shift schedule (day shift) Employment type: Permanent CLT **Benefits:** Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Work location: Copacabana \- On-site Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work location: On-site
