Rapid response to incidents and deviations **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Real-time monitoring of deliveries and vehicles, ensuring status tracking and deviation identification. Rapid response to incidents, implementing corrective actions and escalating critical situations when necessary. Operational support to drivers, ensuring efficiency, punctuality, and agile communication. Point of contact between the company, customers, carriers, and delivery teams to resolve queries, unforeseen events, and incidents. End-to-end delivery cycle tracking (follow\-up) **Desired Education and Experience:** Completed high school and/or currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s program in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Additional Information:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and agility in decision-making. **Working Hours:** 12:30 PM to 10:18 PM (5x2 rotating schedule with variable days off) Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
