




Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end material and office supplies procurement management, ensuring cost-effectiveness, operational efficiency, and strategic supplier relationships. Strategic supplier relationship management and prospecting of new suppliers Responsible for procurement management of cleaning supplies, disposable items, stationery, and office supplies, ensuring optimal cost\-effectiveness and efficiency. End-to-end involvement in quotations, negotiations, and order closure, with a results-oriented focus. Strategic supplier relationship management, including reactivating dormant partnerships, prospecting new suppliers, and direct negotiations with manufacturers. End-to-end procurement process management, including deadline control, delivery tracking, and documentation handling. Support to management with strategic information and reports, as well as inventory monitoring and demand planning in collaboration with the warehouse.
