Dynamic and proactive profile Opportunity: Kitchen Assistant (Night Shift) **Location:** Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro Responsibilities and Activities * **Assembly:** Agile execution of sandwiches and portions, maintaining focus on product quality and standardization. * **Preparation:** Ingredient pre\-preparation strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * **Maintenance:** Continuous cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the workplace and equipment. Requirements * Proven experience in this role, with specific expertise in sandwich assembly. * Dynamic, proactive profile with high rigor regarding hygiene standards. * Discipline and availability to work night shifts. Compensation and Benefits * **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.800,00\. * **Performance Bonus for Excellent Performance:** Up to R$ 200,00 (tied to productivity targets). * **Potential Compensation:** R$ 2\.000,00\. * **Benefits:** On-site meal and Transportation Voucher (R$ 10.00 per day). Work Schedule * **Hours:** 5:55 PM to 2:15 AM\. * **Rotation:** 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off, including one Sunday off per month).
