Job Summary: The Project Planning Technician is responsible for structuring, monitoring, and controlling all project phases, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Directly involved in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of activities. 2. Serves as the interface between engineering, procurement, production, and other stakeholders. 3. Results-oriented, with an analytical, organized profile and strong communication skills. The Project Planning Technician is responsible for structuring, monitoring, and controlling all project phases, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Directly involved in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of activities, acting as the primary liaison among engineering, production, and procurement departments. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including activity definitions and milestones. * Estimate material, supply, and human resource requirements necessary for project execution. * Monitor physical and financial progress of activities, preparing measurement reports and Daily Construction Reports (DCRs). * Identify risks, schedule deviations, and cost variances, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Serve as the interface between engineering, procurement, production, and other project stakeholders. * Prepare and update management reports and performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in related fields (Civil Construction, Engineering, Production, IT, or similar). * Technical knowledge relevant to the project domain (civil, industrial, or technology). * Proficiency in planning and control tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and Excel (Gantt charts). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents. * Analytical and organized profile with strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
