Job Description:
**Prerequisites**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
* Knowledge of planning and control of construction projects/programs, including schedule development and monitoring (MS Project), WBS, critical path, baseline, and replanning;
* Experience in physical progress monitoring of contracts/projects and in reading/interpreting engineering drawings, scopes, and execution schedules;
* Intermediate Excel skills for controls and reporting;
* Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management and ability to interpret civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings to estimate design and execution timelines.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Development, updating, and monitoring of schedules in Microsoft Project.
* WBS structuring and logical sequencing of project activities.
* Information gathering from project teams.
* Schedule deviation analysis and support in defining action plans.
* Preparation of management reports on activity progress and status.
* Support in weekly/monthly scheduling and contractual milestone tracking.

Compensation: R$2.936,87 - R$11.521,75 per month
