Active participation in events and networking Position — Commercial Assistant | Financial Services Company Location: On-site work | Ano Bom – Barra Mansa, RJ Contract Type: PJ (Fixed fee R$ 2,000.00 + Commission + Transportation allowance) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, business hours | Flexible schedule negotiable About the commission: 7%–10% per closed contract (average contract value is R$ 2,000), initial monthly target is closing 5 contracts with support from a Closer during finalization. Monthly recurring revenue per contract: 3%. Responsibilities: * Active and passive prospecting (paid traffic, events, BNI, partnerships, referrals); * Lead qualification and sales funnel organization; * Proactive follow-up and opportunity management; * Support during sales meetings; * Participation in events and strategic relationship building; * Post-sales, client retention, and referral program; * Support in selling the company’s infoproduct. Mandatory Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields; * Minimum prior experience in commercial roles; * Proven track record of sales achievements; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Commercial organization and discipline; * Familiarity with CRM, WhatsApp Business, and spreadsheets.
