Track implementation of failure mitigation actions in series production, field operations, and new launches, while monitoring their effectiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Project** * Participate in and monitor the "Timing" of quality activities execution throughout the project * Q-PEP during Launching phase (after LF) * Represent Quality (Focal Point) in project meetings and Launching Meetings (PHG) * Perform integration among functional systems, critical analysis, and component-level assessment * Monitor and present Quality KPIs in forums until final product release for production **Prioritization of Analyses** * Prioritize items to be addressed per Baugruppe (divided by vehicle systems: BG Cabin, BG Chassis, BG PWT, BG Powertrain, BG Electrical/Software) by vehicle family, using AQUA system indicators (R/1000, cost per vehicle, breakdowns), Voice of Customer, and customer surveys (QTS/HTS) * Attend Schadenstich / Project Team / TechDay meetings for new launches to ensure issues observed during this phase do not migrate to the field, and provide field inputs to ensure known failure modes are addressed in new programs * During market launch of new products, attend Front Desk meetings coordinated by Technical Assistance, where all failures must be analyzed and corrected, receiving high priority.
