Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on buildings, ensuring structural preservation, safety, and proper functioning of facilities. Opportunity to apply knowledge in civil and building maintenance **SHIFT: SECOND SHIFT** **12:00 PM TO 9:48 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY** We are seeking a **Civil Maintenance Technician** to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on buildings, ensuring structural preservation, safety, and proper functioning of facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform civil maintenance tasks, as well as maintenance of restrooms, roofs, and common circulation areas; * Carry out minor repairs on walls, floors, doors, windows, and general structures; * Perform adjustments and maintenance on roofs, gutters, and floor drains; * Identify repair needs and report them to supervision; * Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures; * Complete service orders and maintenance records when required; * Support the building maintenance team in related activities. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (minimum); * Proven experience in civil maintenance or construction; * Knowledge of general construction and finishing services; * Basic ability to read and interpret service orders; * Commitment, organization, and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in commercial, industrial, or building maintenance; * Training in civil construction or building maintenance; * Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Teamwork; * Attention to detail; * Proactivity; * Good communication skills.
