Monitoring of outsourced services **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in units according to operational demands. * Carry out minor repairs in electrical, hydraulic, masonry, painting, carpentry, and general infrastructure. * Perform adjustments, replacements, and maintenance of installations, furniture, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, and equipment. * Monitor outsourced service providers and provide support when necessary. * Perform work at heights following safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of work areas, tools, and equipment. * Assist in inventory control of materials and tools. * Use company vehicle for transportation and emergency response. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role; * Valid and active driver's license. **Available Shift Options:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM; * Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
