




Job Summary: The professional will analyze the feasibility of project proposals, guide the development of work plans, and monitor execution schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of schedules and preparation of reports \* Conduct administrative and financial feasibility analysis of project proposals; \* Guide project and work plan development for coordinators, municipal governments, and internal and external clients; \* Provide necessary guidance for project development; \* Monitor execution schedules while respecting deadlines, and prepare documents such as official letters, reports, and results presentations; \* Perform other duties consistent with this role. REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED PROFILE: \* Degree in Administration, Executive Secretariat, or Project Management; \* Experience working with Support Foundations / Third Sector organizations and Funding Agencies (e.g., Fundação Araucária and FINEP) is a plus; \* Willingness to learn, resilience, and ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make sound decisions; \* Ability to communicate clearly—both verbally and non-verbally—in a concise and effective manner across various contexts, including presentations, meetings, and client interactions; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
