Job Description: **What will you do?** As an **Interface Leader**, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient integration among various engineering disciplines, suppliers, clients, and internal company departments. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Coordinating technical alignment meetings among multidisciplinary teams. * Leading and controlling interfaces between projects, ensuring technical requirements and deadlines are met. * Identifying and mitigating risks related to interdepartmental communication. * Developing and maintaining interface matrices, schedules, and progress reports. * Acting as the focal point between engineering, construction, procurement, and operations. * Supporting resolution of technical conflicts and promoting synergy among stakeholders. **What skills and capabilities will make you successful?** To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess: * **Communication and negotiation skills** to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders. * **Organizational and time management abilities**, with focus on deadlines and deliverables. * **Multidisciplinary technical knowledge** (e.g., electrical, automation, IT, etc.). * **Proven experience in project management** and familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar. * **Systemic and analytical mindset**, with ability to identify cross-disciplinary impacts. * **Proactivity and leadership**, even in high-pressure environments. **What do you gain from this?** * **Opportunity to work on strategic and large-scale projects**, with high visibility. * **Professional development** in interface management and technical leadership. * **Collaborative and challenging environment**, with direct interaction across various company departments. * **Structured career plan**, with potential for advancement into senior management roles. **To whom will you report?** You will report directly to the **Engineering Manager**, working closely with project leaders, discipline coordinators, procurement, construction, and installation teams. Qualifications: **What qualifications will make you successful in this role?** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Automation, or Production). * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management or Multidisciplinary Engineering (desirable). * Proven experience coordinating interfaces in industrial, infrastructure, or energy projects. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (depending on project profile). * Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
