Continuous development and growth in the Quality area Job Description: **What will you do?** You will act as the Quality focal point for the client’s contract, interacting with internal departments (Operations, Engineering, SSMA, Procurement) and the client to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and ISO standards. Work is conducted in a matrix and collaborative model, with frequent interaction with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, but includes technical leadership and influence—coordinating internal audits, nonconformance handling, and performance meetings. * Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ABNT NBR ISO 9001\. * Develop and review manuals, procedures, and work instructions to standardize processes. * Define and monitor preventive and corrective controls. * Coordinate and conduct internal audits and support external audits. * Map processes, perform critical analyses, and propose improvements. * Manage the workflow for opening and resolving nonconformities. * Receive, analyze, and define immediate actions for customer complaints. * Develop, monitor, and control quality indicators. * Prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making. * Coordinate customer satisfaction meetings and Management Reviews. * Support internal departments in applying quality methods and tools. * Promote a continuous improvement culture and disseminate best practices. * Ensure compliance with applicable contractual and regulatory requirements. **What skills and capabilities will make you successful?** * **Technical Skills** * Quality Management: In-depth knowledge of ABNT NBR ISO 9001 and proven experience in its implementation and maintenance. * Auditing: Ability to conduct internal audits and support external audits; familiarity with ISO 19011 is desirable. * Quality Tools: Proficiency in tools such as PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, FMEA, Pareto, root cause analysis. * Indicators and Reporting: Experience defining, monitoring, and analyzing quality KPIs. * Document Control: Development and review of manuals, procedures, and work instructions. * Advanced Office Suite: Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint. * Business Intelligence (Preferred): Knowledge of tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and visualization. * **Behavioral Capabilities** * Clear Communication and Influence: Ability to interact effectively across hierarchical levels and influence without formal authority. * Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical, evidence-oriented mindset. * Teamwork: Collaboration across diverse departments and provision of technical support. * Organization and Proactivity: Ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions. * Resilience and Adaptability: Capacity to handle change and pressure in regulated and demanding environments. * Continuous Improvement Culture: Mindset oriented toward innovation and process optimization. **What’s in it for you?** A collaborative, results-oriented environment. Qualifications: **What qualifications will make you successful in this role?** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing and maintaining QMS based on ABNT NBR ISO 9001\. * Experience conducting internal and external audits. * Experience managing nonconformities and customer complaints. * Experience in continuous improvement and process standardization projects. * Oil & gas sector or large-scale contract experience is desirable.
