Someone with analytical insight, practical attitude, and strong cross-departmental communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the e-commerce platform, keeping products, orders, and coupons up to date * Monitor customer service across digital channels (especially WhatsApp) * Support and validate campaigns, email marketing, digital content, and initiatives * Launch promotions and track performance metrics and targets * Identify improvements, report bugs, and monitor platform performance * Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and logistics teams **What We Expect:** * Experience in e-commerce management and commercial operations * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, IT, or related fields * Familiarity with CRM systems, RD Station, and data analytics tools * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments If this resonates with you, we’d love to meet you.
