If you believe you align with our culture and enjoy challenges, join us on this journey toward a transformative future. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the key guidelines and deliverables of the logistics/transportation area. Your main responsibilities will include: **Administration:** * Plan, schedule, and control all processes related to receiving, inspection, segregation, storage, physical inventories, processing, handling, line replenishment, collection, maintenance of logistics equipment, administrative activities, order picking, packaging, billing, shipping, transportation, and physical distribution—including customs service and reverse logistics—developing short- and medium-term plans, projects, and goals to ensure customer satisfaction with appropriate total logistics costs; * Participate in S\&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), master planning, budgeting, and performance indicator processes, providing relevant information; * Supervise services performed by subordinates and third parties, making decisions regarding hiring, promotions, and workforce reductions. Apply leadership, motivation, communication (feedback), conflict management, and qualification (training) techniques for subordinates. **Operational Routine and Maintenance:** * Ensure shipments and receipts occur on scheduled dates and in accordance with orders; * Control operational procedures, analyzing and reporting results; * Coordinate registrars and planners in inventory management to ensure appropriate sizing (balancing) of inventories, guaranteeing agreed service levels with customers; * Ensure proper housekeeping (5S) across areas, optimal operating conditions for logistics equipment and layout, as well as occupational and asset security; * Audit processes to ensure compliance with standards; * Immediately report non\-conformities and provide medical assistance if/when necessary; * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and governmental regulations; * Maintain strong relationships with customers. **Projects and Improvements:** * Promote innovations and initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement; * Collaborate with other administrative functions to help the company achieve its business objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Process Engineering; * Solid experience in logistics; * Experience in transportation (service contracting, scheduling, and management). **Skills** * Negotiation skills and ability to meet deadlines; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Leadership; * Effective communication. **Additional Information** **Salary:** * Market-competitive; **Benefits:** * Caju multibenefit program; * Dental plan; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Conexa Saúde (telemedicine).
