Direct communication with clients, terminals, operators, and port authorities North Star provides maritime agency services, freight brokerage (shipbroking), and maritime consulting across various segments, serving bulk carriers (solid and liquid) and other vessel types, delivering high-quality services to major and established market players. **Position Responsibilities:** ---------- * Analyze vessel proformas at their port * Analyze and provide documentation required for finalizing vessel port dues at their port * Monitor port operations, keep key stakeholders duly informed, and issue final documentation * Perform processes in the Porto Sem Papel and Siscomex Carga systems for berthing and customs clearance purposes * Issue Sistuf, Funapol, Onboard Sanitary Certificate, and Free Pratique documents * Monitor daily line-up submissions * Request vessel draft surveys (when applicable) * Conduct onboard visits with port authorities * Arrange onboard access between ship and shore, and vice versa, when necessary * Coordinate crew change services, when required * Maintain direct communication with clients, terminals, operators, and port authorities via email and telephone. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed high school education; higher education preferred * Advanced English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Experience in maritime agency **Additional Benefits:** ----------------------- * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Medical Assistance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance
