Responsibilities include supporting sales activities, providing advisory customer service for the company’s products and services, maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, or resolving potential post-sales commercial issues. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage sales records using the company’s system; * Organize documentation and sales processes; * Enter customer information into the system; * Schedule meetings with qualified leads for sales representatives; * Prepare sales reports specifying sale amounts, the sales representative involved, and key negotiation points; * Occasionally support sales representatives with daily tasks; * Create and update customer, supplier, carrier, and technician records; * Request and manage customer and distribution channel documentation relevant to orders; * Submit orders for credit analysis and inform sales representatives of analysis outcomes; * Serve customers in person and by phone, then forward inquiries to the respective regional sales representative; * Monitor order delivery timelines and track shipments; * Generate sales and inventory reports for management analysis. **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Communication skills, initiative, customer focus, proactivity, strong negotiation ability, and teamwork capacity; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver’s License: Class B * Health insurance (Hapvida or Amil); Dental insurance (Hapvida or Porto Seguro); * Meal or food allowance (Pluxee card); Transportation allowance; Life insurance; * Birthday Day Off: Time off on your birthday to celebrate as you wish; * Wellhub: Access to gyms, studios, wellness apps, and physical activity programs.
