Manage internal process optimization, conflict resolution, and inter-departmental mediation. Supervise and analyze promotion and performance evaluation processes; guide teams to execute functions efficiently; ensure compliance with labor legislation regarding payroll, benefits, and statutory charges. Visit operational sites to implement improvements and internal procedures; develop policies and programs for operational and leadership training. ***Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources; Intermediate Office suite proficiency; Proficiency with Canva and similar tools, strong communication skills, experience managing teams. **Preferred Qualification**: Postgraduate degree in People Management. ***Benefits:*** Competitive market-based salary.
