Here, you will be responsible for maintaining excellence in payroll processes and supporting various areas of the HR Department, ensuring continuity and quality in deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do Daily:** * Manage onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and leave processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and guaranteeing an organized and humanized experience for employees. * Manage and verify electronic timekeeping records, supporting payroll processing and accurate, responsible generation of bank files. * Administer benefits such as transportation vouchers (VT), meal vouchers (VR), health insurance, and other statutory obligations, ensuring control, agility, and efficient employee support. * Prepare reports and accruals (vacation and 13th salary), providing consistent data to support leadership’s strategic decisions. * Apply an analytical and proactive approach to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, standardization, and optimization of departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Succeed in This Role, You Need:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in payroll; * Knowledge of HR management systems; * Experience in HR departments, preferably within a BPO environment; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Nice-to-Have Skills:** * Familiarity with digital HR tools; * Proactivity in process improvement or automation projects. **Attitudes and Behaviors That Make All the Difference:** Organization and attention to detail to ensure delivery accuracy; Ability to adapt and assume different processes as needed; Clear communication and empathy when interacting with colleagues and clients; Curiosity and a constant desire to learn. **Additional Information** **\#WeArePeople** — we support and value our employees!
