We aim to meet companies’ demands quickly and effectively while delivering candidates the best possible market experience. * \-\> Intelligent Recruitment * \-\> Use of Technology and Analytics Tools to Accelerate "Match" * \-\> Geolocation-Based Recruitment **Position:** ---------- We are seeking a creative, communicative, and proactive professional to join the marketing team of our insurance and health plan brokerage. **Main Responsibilities** * Create content for Instagram (posts, Reels, Stories, and campaigns). * Produce and edit videos using CapCut and Artificial Intelligence tools. * Design campaign visuals and institutional materials in CorelDRAW and similar tools. * Participate in video recordings, representing the company in videos and communication initiatives. * Support event organization by conducting quotations, negotiations, and supplier management. * Assist with other marketing department tasks. **Requirements:** --------------- * Experience creating content for Instagram. * Proficiency with CapCut, Artificial Intelligence tools, and CorelDRAW. * Strong communication skills and confidence on camera. * Creativity, organization, dynamism, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced CorelDRAW proficiency (most company materials are created using this tool). * Experience in digital marketing and event organization. * Background in insurance, health plans, benefits, or related services. **Additional Information:** ----------------------- Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 1\.970,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 35.00/day * Transportation Benefit * Unimed Health Plan (after 3 months) * Dental Plan (after 3 months) * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance Boa Vista, Recife \- PE
