We seek an organized, proactive professional with interest in developing\-themselves in the People and Management area. ### **Responsibilities:** * Assist in posting job openings across various channels; * Screen resumes according to job profile requirements; * Schedule interviews and provide support throughout all stages of the selection process; * Support candidates and managers during selection processes; * Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring information confidentiality; * Support administrative routines of the People and Management department. * Support internal marketing activities. ### **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology**; * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); * Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of **Canva**; * Familiarity with HR management systems is desirable; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
