**About the Position**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Handle phone calls and WhatsApp messages, clarifying doubts regarding consultation fees and the health insurance plans accepted by each professional;
* Record messages and requests received via WhatsApp;
* Schedule, cancel, and reschedule consultations;
* Confirm healthcare professionals’ schedules (if the software allows—manage confirmation procedures);
* Provide healthcare professionals with updated and confirmed schedules;
* Prepare patient intake forms, when applicable;
* Request patients to complete medical history questionnaires (for professionals who require pre-consultation procedures);
* Send consultation instructions (for professionals who follow this procedure—e.g., bioimpedance exams);
* Authorize medical referral forms with health insurance providers and collect consultation fees;
* Provide shift-end financial reports to physicians;
* Verify whether professionals have any additional needs.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* A bachelor’s degree is a plus;
* 1–2 years of professional experience as a receptionist in medical offices, generally;
* Professional qualification courses;
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Social media handling skills and a courteous, attentive attitude toward patients;
* Initiative, empathy, and proactivity;
* Organizational skills and patience;
* Ability to anticipate customers’ needs;
* Interest in continuing education;
