We are seeking an intern to deliver courteous, efficient, and empathetic customer service, providing clear information about the company's products and services. **Responsibilities** * Provide in-person customer service. * Receive and assist customers courteously and amicably. * Issue service requests. * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. * Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently and satisfactorily. * Maintain a clean and organized service area. * Collaborate with other service representatives to ensure high-quality service. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in high school and/or undergraduate studies in administrative or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Basic computer skills; * Portuguese language proficiency; * Good typing speed. **Additional Information** * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Working hours from Monday to Friday \- afternoon: 9:00 AM to 2:12 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Weekly working hours: 30 hours
